Treating Interference as Noise Is Optimal for Covert Communication Over Interference Channels

We study the covert communication over K-user-pair discrete memoryless interference channels (DM-ICs) with a warden. It is assumed that warden's channel output distribution induced by K “off” input symbols, which are sent when no occurs, not convex combination of those any other symbols (otherwise, square-root law does hold). derive exact capacity region and show simple point-to-point based scheme treating as noise optimal. In addition, we analyze secret key length required for reliable desired rates, present condition where between each user pair unnecessary. The results extended to Gaussian case multiple wardens.
